Ham and Cheese Quiche

I went to brunch at my friends house the other day and she made this for us.  It was FABULOUS!!!  It has more cheese than eggs which is probably why my kids gobbled it up. Super yummy and definitely a re-do!

8 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz swiss cheese
8 oz cubed ham (I buy a ham steak, and dice it up)
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup cream
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
Mix above ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie crust. (I just buy a pack of the rolled Pillsbury crusts from the refrigerated section.  Usually by the crescent rolls)  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Note: When Brooke made it she just did it all in one pie crust but it actually mades two and they cook through better.
